For over 50 years, the volunteer-run Putnam Hockey Association has delivered a premier co-ed travel hockey experience to local youth. Our mission goes beyond the ice - we build character, foster teamwork, and shape the resilient leaders of tomorrow.

To secure the next 50 years of PHA excellence, we are launching a brand-new tradition. On September 21, 2026, join us at Candlewood Valley Country Club in New Milford, CT, for our 1st Annual Putnam Hockey Golf Outing. Do I need to set up an account on this website (Crossbar) to register for the outing or to sponsor?

You have the option to, but it is not required. There are two ways you can register to play or to sponsor.

Option 1

You can register as a golfer or foursome using THIS FORM or purchase a sponsorship package using THIS FORM.

Option 2

You can follow the instructions below to create a Crossbar account and register on this website. Note that your information will only be used for purposes of the notifications related to the PHA Inaugural Golf Outing. If you have any questions, please reach out to PHAGolfOuting@gmail.com.

1. Click "Sign Up" at the top left of the site over the Putnam Hockey Association logo.
2. Enter the email address and password you'd like to set up for your account.
3. A verification email will be sent to the email you enter to activate the Crossbar account.
4. Once you have verified the account, you'll be able to enter your name and phone number to complete your account set up.
